6# Centering the mind - Heartfull Meditation

The mind contains a great Power. A power that affects our life every single day. All the great minds of our time have disagreed on many things, but agreed on this one thing:
the power of the mind.

Our mind creates our reality. 
The question to ask ourselves then is: what is the reality I want to live in every day?
Is it one of stress and hurry, where I feel constantly pulled to different directions, can not sleep peacefully and feel burdened and tired?
Or is it one of peace, fulfilment and happiness? 
In the end, it is our choice. And more; it is in our power to create our reality. 

So what can you do today to create more peace and more relaxation for yourself? 

What to do:
Before going to bed, spend some time listening to your mind. What is your mind telling you; is it complaining, worrying, hurrying, thinking about the future - planning and expecting, or the past - dwelling in memories? Gather your mind and bring it into you Heart, where the Light and Love are always present. Repeat this technique just as you learned in class. 

This is a tool for your toolbox. Use it whenever you feel out of balance, stressed or overwhelmed. Creating a more calm and centered mind will make your days more enjoyable and your sleep, definitely, more peaceful.
