Understanding Alignment - Workshop with Yoga Wall

Alignment in a yoga poses means that your joints are anatomically in a position that is both safe and, in many cases, healing. 
Alignment comes from the understanding of the function of different joints, ligaments and tissues and their connection to muscles. 

If you practice yoga often it is important for the safety of your body to understand alignment and how it works.
In this workshop you will learn the basic alignment for standing poses with the help of the Great Yoga Wall. It is both fun & educating!
