on releasing tension that has accumulated around the spine during the day. We use the Yoga Wall to help
in opening tight muscles in the neck and upper back as well as creating length and openness in the lower back.
This is a class for you, who want to keep you back healthy and learn techniques in preventing injury. You'll learn valuable tools for everyday life situations to ease the load of your back, neck and shoulders.

This is for students who have been practicing alignment based yoga before and master the basic alignments. We flow with Power from one pose to the other.
Flow means a continues movement that is guided and synchronised with a smooth and deep breath. In this class you are sure to sweat -
The beginning of the class is active; warmth, strength and opening is included. Towards the end we move into calming poses and restoratives.

All levels of students can join.
This class is a wonderful way to step into the weekend. You will feel taller and more free in your body with the release from the Yoga Wall. Your mind will be elevated and harmonised by the supported inversions done at the Wall. A good day secured!
In this class you will have the opportunity to completely relax and restore your body. This is especially important for the health of your nervous system, which is in charge of all the other systems of your body.
