Join me for a 3-part online yoga series, where we will dive deep into releasing your lower back of its tensions.

Lower back pain and discomfort have become a common challenge for many of us. Due to our sedentary lifestyle, this area has become weak and stiff. In this 3-part yoga series, we will begin the process of undoing these harmful effects and creating more space and freedom in your lower back.

What you will learn:
- How to release the deep tensions that contribute to lower back pain
- How to re-align your SI-joint and you lower back
- How to strengthen the deep lower abdominal muscles to support your lower back in daily life


The first session:
1. Opening: Lengthening & balancing the hamstrings & hip flexors
The second session:
2. Alignment: Aligning your hips, SI-joint & lower back
The third session:
3. Strength: Strengthening your core & back muscles

The course inludes:
- Three 60-minute classes that are available for you for 3 months
