This is a juicy one!
In this workshop, you’ll release deep tension in and around your hip joints.
We will flow through the 6- part Purna Yoga Hip Series and find out where you have tension in your hips. Then we will move to work with the amazing yoga wall to take the opening a little deeper. Using traction to open the hips is a very therapeutic way that lubricates the hip joint and helps it function better.
Great for tense & tired hips, and very helpful if you have lower back pain.
You will receive a hand-out with the series so that you can take this practice to your mat at home.
