Learning to relax is an essential talent. It is not something most of us master naturally. We must practice it. 

When we know how to relax deeply and effectively our body has time to heal, balance and restore itself. This strengthens the nervous system, which is the system in charge of all the other systems in our body (for example digestive system). 

In this workshop you will learn simple poses and techniques to practice restoring the body. You will also learn how to listen to your body in order to feel when it needs restoring. 
This workshop includes a physical practice, so come with comfortable clothing!
