Eva will guide you through simple and effective relaxation practices such as easily applicable lifestyle tricks and known-to-work restorative yoga postures. You will also learn a breathing practice that can soothe tired nerves and can be used on a daily basis.

The workshop includes a gentle physical practice as well as parts lecture. You will receive a handout with the 8-tools for transforming the state of your precious nervous system so you can continue creating calm with this new toolbox at home even after the workshop.
